Credits will be consumed 1 credit per image in all image generations, and for advanced functions like enhance or upscale, it will consume several credits per image since GPU consumption will be much higher.
Can I cancel or change my subscription plan?
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time but the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. If you change your mind, you can un-cancel your plan before the end of the cycle. You are free to change your subscription at any time, effective immediately. Any remaining usage or time will be credited to your new plan.
Can you give me a receipt or invoice for tax purposes?
Click the Upgrade Package button in the personal center to go into Stripe, and access your receipts in the invoice history, and you can download invoices here.
What's the resolution difference between different packages?
Free user will only get 640px as highest resolution, while Basic and Starter plan user will get a resolution up to 1080px, Pro plan user will get a resolution up to 2048px, and Boss plan user will get the highest resolution of 4096px
Will I own the images I make?
Yes, you own all the content you generate using the platform and can use it for commercial purposes. This includes any images or assets that are generated based on the input prompts you provide.
My payment card is not accepted when signing up?
Due to lots of fraud attempts, we've had to increase our payment security. Firstly, disable your VPN or proxy server. Then make sure your name, CVC and postal code match the one on your payment card and of your bank account. Also your card country should be the same as your billing country. And finally make sure you enable 3D Secure or similar authentication on your card with your bank.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yup, please choose Fastspring as payment method, and Paypal will be one of available payment methods in Fastspring.
How does commercial use work?
If you have a subscription, you are free to use your images in just about any way you want. For complete details, please see our terms of service.
What happens if I run out of credits in my paid plan?
You can always wait for the end of the month for the credits to replenish, or upgrade to the next plan if you are running out of credits (upgrades coming soon). Contact us if you are looking for a custom plan.
